I went into today's run consciously trying to go a tiny bit slower than the other day but run a little bit farther. I did the same loop as yesterday but then ran a bit farther to my little local coffee shop, running steadily but not crazy fast.
The pacing was perfect - right around 11 min miles and I ended feeling solid, knowing I could have run even more.
